Dark purple aura, Day 14

NaPoWriMo, Day 14

Suddenly spiritual with the Easter Rising coming, here is my poem for today, a response to the Haiku Heights’ prompt word of AURA.

Believe, rise
These enchanted eyes
See aura

See aura
Around all creatures
God is here

God is here
Dark purple aura
Believe, rise

correct, I connected it to the Easter holidays, although usually I feel worried about such religious mixes. I am not exactly the eclectic type, when it comes to religion. Still, I’m happy this one went so smoothly 🙂

Happy Easter to all Eastern Orthodox Christians! <3

  3. Beautiful poem, beautiful subject, and I guess google circles work because that’s where I found the link back to this poem.

Thanks for stopping by! glad you liked it. I’ve been growing more fond of cascades, there days.

Sharon – yes, it works. I’m glad to see a new face here! Welcome, Sharon and thanks for reading and commenting!

  5. The subject matter fits the cascading circular form perfectly, a literary echo of death and resurrection–nice! 🙂
