The Sunday Wordle #46:
The white shadow returned
Hungrier than ever
Craving for
The pretty fullness
Of the youngest daughter.
The daughter, though,
Prefers to stay in the metal
Box of her mom’s kitchen
And admonish her woolly doll
For the mess she made
Rather unaware of the coatless
Stalker before the door.
Which will not go away.

This is truly frightening…I can see how it could come true. That makes it even scarier.
How chilling! How effective–and all done with a handful of words. Bravo!
A Whirling Half-Dozen
Great thanks to:
brenda – it’s true it got scary, and that wasn’t my intention at first. But, then, who I am to direct the muses 😉
MMT – your words warm my heart and make me forget the chill of the poem 🙂
I struggle with those Wordle thingies, can’t produce anything at all from them. But you, my clever friend, roll images and scenarios off your pen with easy. Well done; good work.

Misky – you are so nice 😀 Thanks a lot!
Very scary stuff! It’s amazing where the wordle words take everyone each week.
Mary Mansfield – thanks a lot for reading it! It scared me, too, honestly speaking. I remembered when, as children, we used to tell a certain scary joke about such a shadow, or was it a hand… That was really terrifying!
