Every person needs to eat. Just imagine, even ‘for the Jedi it is time to eat’, as Master Yoda once said to his young apprentice, Luke. Since it is still very hot and we are all either at the beach, the swimming pool, or in the cool shade, I believe vegetables and cool soups would be perfect to keep out temper right.
July, Oh my! continues on July 21st with the prompt of Fresh Salad and here is my poem in answer to it.
Fresh salad from the bar,
taken from the freezer,
transported from some
place far.
Fresh meaning cold;
Crispy meaning dead;
fresh to flesh;
eat with meat.
