Right or Left

For Day 6 of the November Poem-A-Day Chapbook Challenge, Walt came up with two prompts 🙂 Because, my dear friends, it’s Tuesday again:

1. Write a right poem; and

2. Write a left poem

RIGHT OR LEFT POEM

You have the right

To take what’s left

And leave with it.

And leave me here empty-handed.

As long as there’s

No other left

To go right where you’re headed

And right the wrong you did to me.
